Parking Lot Cleaning
Parking Lot Cleaning normally consists of a crew, vacuum truck, and mechanical blowing device. Foot crew with the blowing device will clear curb lines, behind wheel stops, and areas not reachable by the vacuum truck to insure your property is thoroughly cleaned. Areas addressed may include:

Day Porter
A strong Day Porter service can be a life saver. They are the eyes and ears when you aren’t onsite and make sure your property is clean, operating as it should, and make you aware of any repair needs or safety concerns. Day Porters are often involved in exterior property services (interior is referred to as Janitorial). Basic functions include:
- General cleaning of common areas like dining patios, walkways, parking lots and structures, landscape, storefronts, and trash enclosures.
- Changing of trash liners
- Damp mop and brush spills on walkways
- Report safety issues to management
Graffiti Removal
Graffiti may consist of small tag lines with a marker or full-scale wall coverage. We can address both for you. In many cases, a Day Porter can remove markers and smaller items on tables, newspaper stands, etc. Sandblasting or paint over may be required in more severe applications.


Pressure Washing / Steam Cleaning / Awnings / Windows
A consistent and professional Pressure Washing & Steam Cleaning program will not only keep your hardscape areas looking clean, it will help maintain its longevity of by removing grime and surface contaminants.
